Risk Management
(ARM) provides a number of services to us to help
ensure that we are health and safety
conscious. These services include the design and implementation of health
and safety systems and the training and education
of G&I Diamond Drilling management to monitor
the effectiveness of the systems.
As well as this ARM train G&I
management on the writing of site specific method statements and risk assessments,
allowing G&I to react quickly to their clients
needs. ARM can also carry out site inspections (with
no notice to G&I) to ensure that health and safety
controls are being implemented on site.
With the ever increasing amount of UK and European
legislation and the continual rise in prosecutions in health
and safety related cases, it is crucial that G&I
actively manage health and safety issues within the organisation. These however
can merely be seen as the legal and financial aspects of health and safety.
More importantly to G&I are the moral issues.
G&I take the issue of the health
and safety and well being of their employees very
seriously and as we are a conscientious employer treat our duties and responsibilities
with utmost respect.
Employing the retained services of ARM demonstrates
that G&I are committed long term to the issue
of health and safety,
ARM can provide the safety systems, training and
long term support for G&I to become the market
leader in health and safety
within the diamond drilling and sawing industry, an area in which we are already
far ahead of many of our competitors. After implementing health
and safety systems, ARM
will support and guide G&I where necessary until
both parties are happy that the systems are running satisfactorily.
As G&I retain the services of ARM,
in the event of an accident happening a health and
safety consultant can normally be on site within
24 hours of an incident occurring and in many cases can be there sooner.
The consultant will then carry out an accident investigation. ARM
will produce a factual report to ensure that lessons are learned from the incident,
and that action is taken to prevent similar incidents occurring in the future.

Safety Consultant Team ensures that we can fully
rely on All Risk Management to provide a first class
pro-active service which works efficient and effectively for Client and Sub Contractor.
